Here at ACL Films we offer decades of market knowledge and commercial application for packaging films. Offering bespoke solutions across a range of converted solutions, we’ll either manage it for you or put you in touch with someone who can.
We contract our slitting services to many different industries and hence we have a wide range of knowledge and expertise when it comes to slitting your material. Our modern equipment has improved our production times and level of quality, thus we can assure our customers the fastest possible turn around times whilst not compromising on quality.
ACL is one of the few companies in Australia that can turn roll stock into sheets.
We have a paper/card sheeter which can cut plain and printed webs. We also have a barrel/drum sheeter for the larger sizes.
Our diecutting service provides our customers with particular shapes. We can cut a wide range of materials.
We also provide our customers with a paper/plastic guillotining service. We can trim or cut most flexible and semi rigid materials to an accuracy of 1mm.
Our guillotine can cut sheets of material 1300mm x 1300mm with a maximum wad height of approx 60mm depending on the material to be cut.
